A 45-minute call. We come prepared. The goal is mutual understanding — not a pitch.

Diligence in days, not weeks
References, technical review, customer calls. We aim for 2–3 weeks from first call to term sheet.

Every cheque is championed by a partner and debated by the full investment team. We say yes — or no — clearly.

Onboarding & alignment
Within 30 days: hiring plan, board cadence, first introductions, and a shared definition of success.
